The Rules of the Road
By using the Zarphones website, you agree to the following terms:
- Pricing & Stock: We try to be as accurate as possible, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock after you order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Product Representation: Our iPhones are “Certified Pre-Owned.” While we use our grading system (Grade A/B/C) to describe them accurately, please note these are used devices and may have minor cosmetic imperfections.
- Payment: Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared in full.
- User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
- Agreement of Sale: A contract of sale is only formed once we have accepted your order and dispatched the goods.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
