Every certified pre-owned iPhone we sell comes with a standard 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- What is Covered: Technical hardware defects and software malfunctions that occur under normal use (e.g., a faulty charging port, speaker failure, or screen touch issues).
- What is Not Covered:
- Accidental damage (cracked screens, dents, or bends).
- Liquid/Water damage of any kind.
- Normal battery wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs or opening of the device by a third party.
- Claim Process: If your device develops a fault, please contact us at 1 Cwangco Crescent, Cape Town, 7785. We will first attempt to repair the device; if a repair is not possible, we will replace it with a model of equivalent condition.
